"Only thing I can think of is maybe have ALL technicians do a little extra as alot of them do, like clean up your computer a bit, check all settings, instead of just doing the one thing we ask, altho every single technican is so very intelligent, quick to resolve problems, and they do not hang up the phone until your problem has been fixed, or your download is successful, I would not be without this program. "I LOVE technical support at Q Resolve! I love it when i can just hang up the phone, and do chores around the house, while the technician is working on fixing my computer issues. They go above and beyond what any other technican companies I have tried do. I am extremely impressed with the hard work and determination of the tecks, to find the solution to my problem, they dont give up. they work until it is fixed, last time we didnt get my Windows messenger working and they called on the phone , but I am very sick in bed right now with Diabetes complications so I apologize I couldnt get to the phone, and then ask me if I am satisfied and if there is anything else they can help me with before they close out. I have only had ONE very rude technician, all the others are so polite, they listen, and do everything possible to ensure total satisfaction of their customers. I hope it always stays this way. "listen to customer-dont talk OVER customer and interrupt, i called for instant messenger to get working, told him what i had done a dozen times, he does EXACT thing, doesnt work, says if i want to get it working, call back another time,, you charged me too much, you went into my paypal for payment instead of bank, i NEVER authorized paypal to anyone , nobody knows my passwork, I THOUGHT!!! i ran scan after he did, had 19 errors.. "
