"Your Solution Engineer did a great job! He was very patient with me especially since I'm not computer literate. He cleaned the virus's out of my computer and tuned it up and it works like a brand new unit. Your company has a great concept of fixing computers by remote control without the need for taking it out of service for days and bringing it to a computer repair store.
